KAHULUI – Maui County Council candidate for Kahului, Don Guzman received the endorsement of the Hawaii Building & Construction Trades Council (HBCTC), AFL-CIO. Its’ membership comprised of Hawaii’s various construction trade unions and has more than 15,000 members statewide. HBCTC joins a growing and diverse coalition of groups to back Guzman.
Guzman, is a former deputy prosecutor for the County of Maui and runs a small general practice law firm. He also served on Congresswoman Mazie Hirono’s staff as the Maui Field Representative and was a legislative aide in the Hawaii State House of Representatives.
