KAHULUI – Maui County Council candidate for Kahului, Don Guzman welcomed the endorsements of the Maui Contractors Association, Realtors Association of Maui, and the United Public Workers Union (UPW). These organizations join the growing and diverse coalition of groups to back Guzman.
“I am proud to have earned the support from more ofMaui’s respected organizations. As a strong advocate for small business, my number one priority will be to help create an environment that allows smart growth and create jobs,” said Guzman.
Guzman, is a former deputy prosecutor for theCountyofMauiand runs a small general practice law firm. He also served on Congresswoman Mazie Hirono’s staff as the Maui Field Representative and was a legislative aide in the Hawaii State House of Representatives.
